I grew up in an alcoholic family which separated & divorced in my teenage years. As an adult, I struggled with infertility, a miscarriage, and chronic stress which culminated in a nervous breakdown & depression during the time when I was raising 2 toddlers, with a husband who worked away from home. For 15 years, I was physically & emotionally ill and was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, chemical toxicity and eventually breast cancer.

I truly feel that chemical toxicity & breast cancer was a blessing because it was my wake-up call. I knew that Western Medicine hadn’t helped me for decades and I began to take my power back and put my health in my own hands. I researched & looked for alternative healing methods. I started detoxing, eating clean & would only use natural products on my body & in my home. My physician of choice became my naturopathic doctor. I became drawn to energy work and immersed myself in classes to learn more about and practice Energy Healing.

I learned that our thoughts, emotions, & reactionary patterns are stored in our subconscious mind & light bodies, and are a huge contribution to our mental, emotional & physical health.

As I cleared the emotional and mental root causes of everyday problems & past events, I recognized patterns of not feeling good enough, feeling unsupported & unloved, feeling alone & uncared for, lacking confidence, judging myself & others. As the emotional/mental patterns were dealt with energetically, I noticed that my physical body slowly responded.

My physical strength & energy came back, the physical pain lessened and went away & happiness came more often. I started loving, caring, and accepting myself at a deeper level. I increased my personal vibration into higher states of love, joy, compassion, acceptance, forgiveness, peace of mind & gratitude. I gained confidence and decided to create a life where I could help others.

My awareness & consciousness levels expanded, and my own Inner Wisdom & Intuitive Gifts grew. All the pain and suffering I endured were clues to my healing and necessary steps to discover who I am on a Soul Level & awaken to my Soul Purpose.
